Leadership Competency Model and Global Leadership Development Framework

Problem:

The client had an opportunity to review and revise the company's Leadership Competency Model as well as design and launch the first global, comprehensive, multi-level Leadership Development Program aligned with the updated competencies.

Action:

Human Capital Architects partnered with the client and key stakeholders to review, update, and streamline the Leadership Competency Model. We then partnered with the client's content vendors to design a five-level branded Leadership Development Program that supports development across the Leadership Competencies. We then crafted a roadmap, communication plan, and timeline for full program launch.

Result:

The company was able to launch the full program on schedule and provided the company with its first comprehensive approach to Leadership Development anchored in their core competencies.
