Learning Management System and Learning Strategy Evaluation

Problem:

The client had a need to thoroughly evaluate their current Learning Management System (LMS), learning strategy and governance, and associated business processes to optimize the delivery and tracking of training across a large, highly complex, compliance driven organization.

Action:

Human Capital Architects conducted a thorough system and stakeholder analysis was completed that evaluated learning through four lenses: strategy & governance, process, system, and reporting. A full report of findings and recommendations was provided and then translated into a roadmap with workstreams to execute the recommendations.

Result:

The company took the roadmap forward and partnered with key stakeholders to align on priority areas to take action and continue to evolve and optimize the Learning Function.
